Refund policy

All Florence Jean products are final sale and not eligible for refunds, exchanges, or store credit.

Any design defect repairs needed within the first year of purchase, will be covered by Florence Jean. Repair requests that are outside of the one year warranty and/or are unrelated to design defects will incur a fee. Repair fees are not set and will be determined after reviewing the damage.
